Definitions and Interpretations

The meanings of the following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions are described below:

• "kixo9" — The entity operating this platform and its associated services.
• "Platform" — The kixo9 website, app, or any other digital service channel.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person registered on the kixo9 platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered account on the platform.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT).
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or rewards granted by kixo9.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Terms and Conditions" — All conditions, policies, and rules set out in this document.

Account Registration and Use

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on the kixo9 platform:

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorized use of the account or security breach must be reported to kixo9 immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets in their name is strictly prohibited.
• Users may update their information at any time; however, documents may be required for identity verification.

kixo9 may request additional information or documents for verification purposes at any time. Deposits or withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use kixo9's services:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document may be required at any time to verify age.
• If it is later found that a user was below the required age, their account will be cancelled and all winnings may be forfeited.
• kixo9 is firmly committed against underage gambling and treats age verification as a top priority.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on kixo9:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from the user's own registered payment account.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before withdrawing a bonus balance, the required wagering conditions must be met (see Section 5 for details).
• kixo9 reserves the right to suspend transactions if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. kixo9 does not charge any payment processing fees, though your payment provider may apply separate charges.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The terms for kixo9's bonuses and promotional offers are described below:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
• Before withdrawing a bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x).
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per user.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers may have their own expiry periods and wagering conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kixo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If wagering conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

Gaming Policy and Fair Play

All games on kixo9 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following policies apply to gaming:

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
• If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, any round that remains incomplete may be considered void.
• Game history and transaction records are stored on the server and will be treated as final in the event of a dispute.
• kixo9 reserves the right to change game rules, odds, or payout structures at any time.
• If unusual patterns or suspected fraud are detected in a game result, payouts may be suspended until an investigation is completed.
• Games from all providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi are operated according to their respective rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kixo9 platform:

• Fraud, deception, or operating an account through any dishonest means.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or using the funds of any third party.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
• Breaching platform security measures or attempting to hack the system.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may also be notified.

Account Suspension and Closure

kixo9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete age verification or submission of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Where possible, the user will be notified by email before an account is closed. The return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed.

Privacy and Data Security

kixo9 treats the protection of users' personal information as the highest priority:

• All personal information is secured through SSL encryption technology.
• User information is not sold or shared with any third party, except where required by law.
• Payment information is processed through a secure gateway and card numbers are not stored on kixo9 servers.
• Users may request to view or correct their stored information at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.
• Any disputes regarding the terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
